Refund Policy- Admissions

BBIT follows the refund policy as announced by AICTE, which is as follows:

The candidate, who has been provisionally admitted, may request a refund of the fee by submitting a handwritten application to the Admissions Office at BBIT.

The application must contain the Application No., the name of the Candidate, the course name, and be signed by both the candidate & parent. The same application must be endorsed by the admission head and submitted to the registrar's office.

No application will be accepted without the above procedure.

Request(s) sent to any office other than the admission office at BBIT will not be considered.

The refund of the fee, as applicable, shall be made. Refund shall be made as per the Government policy.
